Refund policy
Simple rules, written down. If something here doesn’t cover your situation, email us and we’ll sort it out.
If we’re late, it’s free
If your pack isn’t in your inbox within the stated delivery time (48 hours for Starter and Full campaign, 72 hours for Campaign + flows), counted from when we have both your payment and your completed brief, we refund the full price and you keep the pack. You don’t have to ask: if we miss the deadline, we start the refund ourselves and email you to confirm. If we ever miss it and don’t, write to us and we’ll fix it right away.
Changed your mind before we start?
If you’ve paid but haven’t sent your brief yet, email us and we’ll refund you in full. Once we have your brief, we start writing, so from then on the on-time promise and your revision round take over.
After an on-time delivery
Because the pack is written for your shop and is yours to keep, we don’t refund on-time deliveries. If something isn’t right, send notes within seven days and your included revision round comes back within 24 hours.
Charged twice or for the wrong pack?
Tell us and we’ll refund the duplicate payment, or the difference if you paid for a bigger pack than you meant to.
The free opener
The free opener costs nothing, so there’s nothing to refund. It’s yours to use either way.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Stripe. Once we issue one, it usually shows up on your statement within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
